01 Rates
Flat rates. No surprises.
No ruff math. Build it like a burrito bowl: pick the base, add the size, top it off. Your total updates as you go.
Pick the base
Private stay, TLDR: everything in a regular stay, except your pup gets their own private space and doesn't interact with other dogs during walks, feeding, or any other time. Limited, so ask early.
Just a few hours? Drop off for a bit while you're at work or out for the evening. After 2 hours, the full day is the better deal, so we'll switch you automatically.
How long?
Change either date or the day count and the others follow. Days count from your drop-off date.
That's 3+ hours, so you're getting the full day (24 hrs) for $75. Same price as 2.5 hours, way more couch time.
Every walk is at least 30 minutes, with time to check their P-mail. The longer the walk, the more of their inbox they get through.
Feeding, litter and playtime. 15 minutes minimum, usually 30 to 45. Within a 10-minute walk of us.
Your pup's size
My sweet spot is small and medium pups, think schnoodles to mini goldendoodles. Bigger pups and shedders are welcome too. The extra goes into more brushing, more cleanup and a little more care, so every pup is looked after the best way possible. Pricing is based on size and care needs, never breed.

Every stay includes at least one walk, more on longer stays. Holiday dates are $90/day (New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Wednesday to Sunday, and December 24 to 26). We'll apply that automatically.

Every dog must:
- Be fully potty trained
- Have zero history of biting
- Not be aggressive toward other dogs or humansDogs who just prefer their own space can book a Private Stay.
- Walk on a leash safelyStrong pullers are welcome after a trial walk and may need a front-clip harness or head halter.
- Be up to date on vaccinesRabies, DHPP and bordetella, with records before the first stay.
- Be on flea and tick prevention
- Be spayed or neutered if over 7 monthsNo females in heat.

Every so often I offer free or discounted stays for owners who've recently lost a job or are facing financial hardship. No awkwardness. Reach out and we'll figure it out.

The fine print, kept light.
- Vaccines
- Rabies, DHPP and bordetella records before the first stay.
- Agreement
- A short, friendly one-pager that sets expectations for both of us. Not a legal maze.
- Payment
- Pay after the service. For stays of 5+ days, the first and last day are paid up front to hold your dates.
- Cancelling
- Plans change. Let me know as early as you can. Up-front payments are refunded up to 7 days before the stay.
- Emergencies
- Share your vet's info and a local backup contact who can pick up if needed.
- Accidents
- Pups are pups. If something big gets damaged, we'll talk it through together.
Questions I get a lot.
Is daytime cheaper than overnight?
Nope. A full day (24 hrs) is one flat $75 either way. If you only need a couple of hours, the hourly rate is $30/hour, and once it would cost more than a full day, we switch you to the full day.
Do you charge more for certain breeds?
Never. Pricing is based only on size and care needs. Every dog is welcome to apply.
Are walks included in stays?
Yes. Every stay includes at least one walk, and longer stays get more.
What if my dog doesn't love other dogs?
As long as there's no aggression, a Private Stay gives them their own space with all the same care, and no time with other dogs.
What's a P-mail?
Every sniff on a walk is your dog catching up on the neighborhood news. Longer walks, emptier inbox.
